Not that I particularly trust IGN to follow through, but if they're going to have a tutorial for a territory switch (no doubt it will be an "Insider Exclusive", heh), could that mean that it doesn't require a second BIOS? Nintendo's lawyers would be mobilized faster than you can say "Title 17 Section 106 United States Code" if IGN put up a tutorial involving a copied BIOS, and as dumb as IGN can be, someone there must have enough of a grip on reality to figure this out. Or maybe they will be exceptionally stupid and say to buy a US machine to get the BIOS from...

Thats a good point. I hadn't thought of it before. However, from the tone of the article, I don't think that the mod requires a Bios switch.

I guess we'll have to wait and see...
