N64 for $19.99 - used and cleaned at FuncoLand

I went to FuncoLand/GameStop today and saw that the N64 is now $20. It's used and they claim that they test it and clean it (maybe dust it off ). It comes with one controller and you can choose from a second controller, a memory card, or something else (I forget) when you buy one, yet the Pikachu n64 system is still $69.99, as much as a used GameCube costs there.

Is the pikachu system really that rare?

They still have the pikachu system in the original box with all the documentation and packaging. I don't think they're selling it because it's rare, just because they have it in mint condition.
Oh, and because it comes with the "Hey You Pikachu!" game and the microphone.

Since its a US system I would buy it that way you can do the RGB mod. Very cheap indeed.

i picked the n64 up for 20$ at gamestop.the cool part it had the expansion pak inside i saved 20$.igot 2 for the price of one whats the chances of that
