At Best Buy stores you can get what are known as the 'Gamer Gift Card'. They all work just like normal gift cards, except for one thing, they each come with a $5 off coupon on them good for any console game at Best Buy stores.
So how does this help you? Simple. When you want a particular game they have get a gift card, go to the register and put 1 cent on it (or whatever they will let you get away with), take the coupon and use it to get the game you want for $5 less.
But what's the catch? Well, your only supposed to be able to use the coupon on something that is $19.99 or more (although they don't always enforce this rule, just don't mention it to them and you should be fine). Other then that their's no catch.
I wouldn't suggest getting multiple cards at the same time or they could very well get suspicious and not let you take advantage of the deal.
